I think you can’t beat the classic scenario of an office girl staying late, only for intruders to barge in, tie her up, and stash her in a dark closet or basement for someone to find the next day, or even after the weekend! If that’s the case, restraints like tape and zip ties would work great, so long as they make sure to stuff something in the poor damsel’s mouth and wrap plenty of tape around her head to keep her quiet. Wouldn’t want her calling for help, after all ;)
