2025-09-03 20:05:12 +0000 UTCJust wanted to give you some quick feedback on the prints: mine was shipped in a rectangular cardboard package that got squished quite a lot on the trip to Germany, thereby heavily creasing the print and ruining it :(. Already wrote to the support contact of the company you are working with to see what they can do for me, so, not looking for support from you - just wanted to let you know that they aren’t shipping your prints in sturdy rolls, like I would have expected for a premium art print.
