Painting my Largest Mural EVER - EXTENDED Edition!

Hey all! ๐Ÿ˜

Time for a new project video!

We've finally (slowly) started moving things into the new workshop, and as a part of that we wanted to make a mural on the wall to make it more us ๐Ÿ˜€

I hope you'll enjoy this extended version! Remember to post Behind the Forge questions below ๐Ÿ‘‡ (the BtF eposide for the previous project had to be pushed a bit to finish this project, so we'll do both projects in the next episode)

Have a wonderful weekend all ๐ŸŒธ

Painting my Largest Mural EVER - EXTENDED Edition!

When you were talking about why you paint a background if youโ€™re just painting over it, it made me think of this. In real life, in nature, thereโ€™s a background layer complete. Real life doesnโ€™t just leave a blank space just because you donโ€™t see it. Someone or something is back there. Just because you donโ€™t see it doesnโ€™t mean it doesnโ€™t exist for someone or something else. If you donโ€™t have the background layer, how can you know your world is complete, how can you add in the foreground what completes the whole world? Plus it adds to the foreground layers. Maybe that one tree way back there, part of it showing through a gap in the foreground. The roof of a cabin way back in the hills just peeking through a gap in the hills. The background just has to be there. Thatโ€™s what makes the foreground complete too.
