Many of you have been around long enough to know I've been through hell and back with social media. I'm on my 7th Instragram account, and I've had to pay to get it back twice. The written rules change often, and the mysterious unwritten rules seem to change almost daily, leaving us to guess what is allowed and for how long. Over the years I have watched other post images of my body that I am not allowed to post. I observe, I try to learn the patterns and reasons - maybe those who have more nature photography on their page get put into an "art" bucket while I'm steadfastly in the "slut" trough. I'm an evil whore, of course, not an artist.

Now, in an absolutely shamelessly desperate move to appeal to a new administration, Zuck has bent the knee and begun licking boots from the ground up so he too may be favored among the silicon valley monopoly leaders. By this I mean he is supposedly removing censorship, unless where "imminently dangerous," whatever that vaguely means.

So now I get to wonder and guess at whether my physical body is considered imminently dangerous. Seems like its been out there for many years and to my knowledge, no one has died over it (and no, le petit mort does not count).

Last year from December to Valentine's day, I was utterly slammed with work from lingerie brands. This year - not a single one asked me to do work with them. Why? Because Meta buried my account in violations and took away my ability to collaboratively post, which is really what gains traction for brands. Without that, I'm useless to them. At first I was sad about it, but then I became grateful for the break.

But with this supposed easing on censorship, I'm left wondering why I should let Meta use my body for their gain anyways. In a hilarious moment of irony, they have offered me "free meta verified status" - yet I still have all my page permissions revoked. Fuck them.

I'm just very grateful to have this place to share my uncensored work with you. All I ever wanted to do was just share the art made with my body.
