Why do I always feel more like myself when I get out of the city? I guess I grew up in a rural place, but for such a long time I wanted only the opposite. I suppose that's natural and to be expected.
I do love New York, I mean I tried to leave once and ended up coming back. I think it keeps me moving, motivated, on my toes. But I do feel a sigh of relief when I get out of town, out into nature...I feel more inspired to shoot actually.
The story of the sauna is...well, it's a wood-fired sauna and it takes like 3 hours to heat up lol. We did it one day, but it was really impossible to do it every day because we were leaving the cabin, etc. The hot tub is only for summer use, ironically. But I did do a very quick shoot in the sauna, I'll share those soon. I made a little video of this earmuffs look however, and it's be on OF soon (maybe this weekend)!
