I miss you...

This summer has been so crazy. I traveled to visit family and friends in the Midwest twice (budget-friendly vacation, anyone?) then also had family visiting me here in NYC twice. It was really nice getting to spend so much time with everyone, but I got SO behind on work.

I haven't forgotten you, I've just been drowning a bit. I still have so many photos I haven't shared here yet, nor I have posted any to IG (you always get them first!) Rest assured however, there is more art to be shared ; ) I'm sort of fantasizing about locking myself away in a cabin in the woods and getting a bunch of personal creative work done!

I've also been working feverishly to complete a VERY exciting design project - the first with my name on the label - and I cannot wait to share it with you. It should be ready by Christmas, and there are so many elements that go into it...design, color, packaging, fit, fabric, models, etc. But it's a very big step for me, and it's been something I've dreamed of for a long time. Part of being a multi-faceted creator is apparently being spread too thin at times, so I appreciate your patience with me here.

I hope your summer has been more relaxing and less chaotic than mine!
