The return of Anya one of my favorite Buffyverse characters, sheโs still trying learning to be human and doesnโt understand social norms . As for vampires loving it depends, Spike loved Drusilla but she didnโt love Spike, she loved the attention and dropped him when Angeles returned even attacking Spike when he was beating Angeles , Harmony on the other hand loves Spike but she still has the mentality of a teenager
