Cancer, or not

The queen is erotic and fun to draw. I want her to feel ecstasy a lot.
Today I was surprised to see a brown fluid coming out of my right breast.
After searching for the cause of this symptom, I have to tell the hospital tomorrow as it could be breast cancer or a benign tumour.
Luckily, none of my family members, either of my parents, have ever had cancer, so I don't think it's cancer,,, but I'm certainly worried😑
Ahhhh I definitely don't want to have an excision operation... Have I been punished for drawing erotic cartoons of mother's milk on a regular basis😂
