📢 v1.3 goes public

It includes a bunch of additional minor fixes, which are now released on closed patron versions as well:
Android version migrated to higher API to prevent security warning.
Fixed scroll bars initialization on mobile Web-version.
Adjusted welcome screen facial expression (and fixed the bug causing annoyed emotion from the game start).
Fixed the bug causing incorrect buffs from initial clothes.
A-a-and.. – ta-dam – I’m done here for now.
