I also keep receiving the following two bug reports:
"The phone password doesn't work."
SOLUTION: it's base64 encoded
"I can't hack the Department of Records page."
SOLUTION: visit BrainFry - there should be an option to look for Trix's records

You mean the minigame that's sometimes triggered when you sleep? The first two times you encounter it, you really can't resist. When you get the Synapse Steady VX implant installed, you gain the ability to resist by clicking/tapping the hypno GIFs.

2025-10-27 12:48:14 +0000 UTCSince this seems to be more active, can I ask a question? How does the 'Resist' minigame work? Like, in Chapter 1 with the initial thing (as in, the very first part of Chapter 1) it says that the character "failed to resist" but there was never an explanation for how what I presume is a minigame actually worked. Am I missing something really obvious? There's no explanation for how the minigame works, which is weird because most other minigames that I've run across explain themselves. E: Apologies if that's meant to be something you automatically fail, but if so it kinda doesn't make sense to say that you failed because it makes me think there's a way to not actually fail it? E2: No, there's a second one of those scenes, it's clearly meant to be something of a minigame, it just doesn't... explain how it works?

I simplified many quest-triggering scripts in the last few releases so maybe that's what solved the problem.

2025-10-23 12:15:32 +0000 UTCThereβs been a bug for several versions with the work on day 21 (Sunday): after work, you go straight home as usual, even though youβre supposed to walk Trix home β but the next day, Trix thanks you for walking her home anyway. The quest βWork weekend shift at BrainFryβ also remains active. Then, if you donβt read Xavierβs message on day 27 (Saturday), you go to work again, just like you were supposed to on Sunday the 21st.
