New BTS: Fall Waitress

We have also been working on new scene negotiation forms!
- There is a general scene negotiation form, good for both/all parties. This is a great conversation starter for pick up play, etc. It can help you think through things more completely.
- There also a form designed for rope scenes and is intended for a rope top to give to a bottom to help structure the negotiation conversation.
We have also been refining and adding Instructor Resources for those of you out there that teach rope or general BDSM! More on these in a few days.
