The ties used for this scene are all relatively straight-forward for anyone that has completed Rope 101 and 102. As she is standing on only one leg, the overhead point does need to be strong enough to fully support her. You could do something like this from a beam in a basement, or from a suspension or aerial silks frame. If you don’t have a horizontal beam, you could also create your own hard point on a vertical beam using a Hashira Anchor technique.
