This atmospheric harness is surprisingly straight-forward to tie!

It can be a great option for people who have difficulty putting their arms behind their back. It is also a great way to practice your Crossing Hitches :)

The Core tutorial talks about each phase of creating a spider web and offers several options for each phase. You can mix and match or use this as inspiration to add even more options!

The other three are examples created using the ideas discussed in the Core.
