The Agura

This tutorial shows a few simple versions, demonstrating different variations on tying the legs or wrapping the ropes around the waist. These are relatively easy to self-tie.
This version is not appropriate for suspension. It does not feature appropriate distribution of force or locking of bands. (The next tutorial will be for an Agura suitable for suspension.)
