Exercises for Bondage & Poll Results
Added 2020-02-27 14:01:01 +0000 UTCThe results of last week's poll are in and the the results are overwhelmingly in favor of allowing example images. But people generally preferred the balance of having the example images inside of a labeled fold so that a person can choose to check them out or not. Totally cool! I will start doing that from time to time. We may not have an example pic for each tie, but we will do so when it makes sense.
Next, Kathryn joins us for two more videos this week that help use build the flexibility and strength to be able to try more challenging bondage positions or to be more comfortable in one. We now have three vids in this series:

- Stretching for Box Ties & Elbow Ties - Build to a new capability or just become more comfortable
- Stretching for Access from Behind - Revel in the Primal of being bent over farther!
- Building Strength in your Core - Give or get a harder pounding, or be more comfortable in suspension
