Stretching for Box Ties!

Many of you have reached out to ask what to do to be more comfortably in a box tie (TK, etc) or even to build toward being able to get your elbows closer together.  The trick to being able to do any strict arms-behind-the-back tie like that is proper shoulder position and flexibility. 

Kathryn of www.yogaforintimacy.com (IG: @yogaforintimacy) joins us to lead  us through a yoga routine to improve shoulder flexibility designed specifically for rope enthusiasts who would like to be more comfortable in these challenging ties.
