Temporary site trouble
Added 2019-05-23 15:39:18 +0000 UTCHi All,
One of the plug-ins that I use for TheDuchy had an update that really messed up the site. 🤬
I contacted the support agents for my hosting company and they are working to restore the site from a back up. They tell me they are working on it with priority, but they also say it may take a full day, maybe two, to get things fully working again. ☹️
I apologize that this is happening, but we should hopefully be up and running again shortly.
In the meantime, you can access the Videos for the free tutorials on Vimeo:

Currently trying to unlock videos for viewing and I'm not having any luck. After giving permission it just kicks me back to the page with the "unlock" button.
2019-06-26 23:57:37 +0000 UTCOk it *looks* like it is running correctly again. I’m not going to trust that we’re solid again until I see it run through a full evening into tomorrow (...it seems some job runs late evening US time and that job sometimes trips issues...), but at the moment things are working for me in a variety of tests on a variety of systems.

2019-06-26 21:57:04 +0000 UTCHi T, Thanks for the heads up. Yes I am aware of that in and am in the process of trying to restore from a backup. I tried to install the updated Patreon plug-in last night and, even though I extensively tested it after the installation, something seems to of happened overnight to mess things up. My apologies for the downtime. I will get it back up and running as quickly as I can Best, Lazarus

2019-06-26 15:14:00 +0000 UTCI'm sure you're already aware, but it seems like there are other issues to the site right now. Whenever I try to go to any of the tutorials restricted to patrons I get a 404 not found error and "The requested URL was not found on the server" statement. The pages I've seen this on include the tiva hishi (which is the tie I specifically wanted to learn and became a patron for), the contact page, the safety page, the core knowledge page, and more. A few of these ties I specifically want to try this weekend so it'll be extremely disappointing if I can't access them by then.
2019-06-26 04:42:39 +0000 UTCOK. Got it restored from a backup again and it has been stable for the past few hours. I currently suspect that the issue was that I thought it was one plugin when the real culprit was a different plug in. So now I have to go through some work to verify. I may trip over the issue again while debugging, but will restore as soon as I see anything weird. Once I figure it out, I will kill it with fire. >:-(

2019-05-26 21:48:52 +0000 UTCGood luck! Visual Composer can be a bit wonky at times.
2019-05-26 21:32:51 +0000 UTCOK then issue was *temporarily* resolved and then it happened again. I am on with support again to see if they can help me nail down exactly what is driving this...
