Sarah from Last of Us, who absolutely dominated the voting poll. It's still kind a fascinating that a character that shows up only in a prologue chapter, became and is still reigning queen of the 3D animated loli hentai. Weather she's your favorite or not, there's no deniging her massive presence in sfm smutt. Well I for one and super hype to add to that huge collection with a take of my own.
