Usage Permissions:

• You are allowed to make public uploads using the Goober Base.
• Feel free to make modifications, textures, and edits to customize your avatars.
• You are allowed to make and sell Assets for this Base, therefore you are allowed to resell the Assets with the given Base Armature.

Restrictions:

• Selling the Goober Base is strictly prohibited.
• Editing and re-selling the Goober Base is not allowed. [Mesh Edits, Resculpts, Kitbashes]
• You are not allowed to claim the Goober Avatar Base as your own.
• Sharing the Base package with others is prohibited.
• Commercial use of this avatar base is not permitted.
• Reselling parts of this avatar individually is prohibited.
• You are not allowed to take and extrude Body parts to make Assets for other Bases.

Commissions:

• You are allowed to use the Avatar Base in commissions if both parties involved own a legitimate copy of the asset.
• Any usage of the Avatar Base in commissions must be approved by the creator.

Terms of Service for Goober VRChat Avatar Base:

By using the Goober VRChat Avatar Base, also referred to as "the Model," you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Ownership and Credits:

• a. The Goober VRChat Avatar Base is the intellectual property of the creator, who retains all rights to it.
• b. You may not claim ownership of the Goober VRChat Avatar Base or redistribute it as your own.
• c. Proper credits must be given to the creator whenever the Model is used in any form or medium.

Permissible Uses:

• a. The Goober VRChat Avatar Base may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes within the VRChat platform.
• b. You may modify the Goober VRChat Avatar Base to suit your preferences, as long as you do not distribute the modified version without explicit permission.

• d. You may use the Goober VRChat Avatar Base to mod into other games, as long as proper credit is given to the creator, and there is no revenue generated from the mod.
