I have noticed that people have been joining my Patreon and then deleting the subscription soon enough to not actually pay anything, but still been able to browse all my content.
It was my bad to not notice this before, I thought that they would still be charged, but checking the income, I saw that it was not the case. Unfortunately, I am bad with platform settings and I have very little time to check all the details, so I am totally in the wrong,
but this being said, I can't allow this to continue.
this is why I am sorry, but to enable the upfront payment I must set the monthly reward.
so, before posting my next work I will change my settings, that's why I think it is necessary to warn you of these changes, and let you know if you still want to be my Patreon or not. I checked and you should still be able to subscribe with the amount you want to, but if not, I will let you know.

The technical term for this move is SACROSANTA! You're right to charge upfront if people keep evading the pledge terms. Like in Museums, you don't pay after the visit and only if you liked the exhibit, you pay upfront and can't complain if you didn't like it.
