I don't really make a habit of doing such extreme bondage imagery, but it makes for good value & rendering practice. Controlling the values in black & white is deceptively difficult - it's very easy for the shades to jump up in intensity way too fast, so pressure sensitivity is tricky.
Don't forget to eat & sleep.
