Credits Sequence - The End of 2024

2025 will soon be upon us. I'm still tired, but I've been trying to get some rest.

I want to breathe new life into my art in 2025. I want to go to sleep without feeling like I've wasted my day, and feel like I have a reason to wake up. It'll be a bit tough to change how I live and create after so long, so hopefully I can accomplish that.

I am generally tired of courting social media, so I think I'll try to worry less about social media and focus more on creating art and having fun. That said, most of my weekly illustrations should be better suited to growth (like Female Link Friday).

I'm feeling less confident about the long-term pressure of patron sketch requests right now, but I do rely on those pledges quite a bit. I hope I can still manage them.

The Plan:

• 1 Weekly Illustration, designed primarily to encourage growth. But I also want to create art that I enjoy regardless of public opinion.

• It would be nice to create 2 solid illustrations every week (but I only promise 1). Due to how unpopular my SFW art is, I might even do NSFW variants.

• I'll share any bonus artwork that I can. Otherwise, you'll find my work in the usual places: social media and private communities (discords, archives, etc.).

• Weekly blog posts may appear to keep you informed during periods of silence & show cropped previews of art, even if those works are off-site. You can also use these posts to nudge me if you feel like I'm being too slow.

Projects:

• I want to finish the Beaumont Game project in 2025, so I might try to get a bit done each week. It only needs to be as good as an NES game. I plan to outline everything that needs to be done within the upcoming week.

• I don't have any strong plans for upcoming comic projects, so I should probably create work that is smaller in scope - maybe even only a few pages in length.

• There are 2 possible (larger) Beaumont comic projects:

  • A continuation of the unfinished comic I worked on during 2022-2023.

    • But... It was only meant to be practice, so it's not very good.

    • The story is reaching an under-developed portion of the script.

  • A new story, previously teased in Concept Art posts.

    • Contains more dialogue than usual, but the script is under-developed.
