Also, it's interesting that when he was listing the "negative effects of dieting" a huge amount of her emphasis was on financially. Basically her approach is 'don't spend money on fresh and healthy foods, spend £200 on me feeding you Bullshit!'
If there was ever any doubt that this "dr " doesn't actually care about people's well being, that cemented it for me.

As someone who has been severely obese and had a gastric sleeve, I’m absolutely dumbfounded by this “doctor”.
Because of the weight I have lost, I no longer have severe sleep apnea and don’t need a CPAP machine and after years of being on blood pressure medication, I was able to stop it and my blood pressure is now normal.
At my heaviest I’ve been at 124kgs. I’m currently around 95kgs and I never want to go anywhere near that weight ever again.
And anyone who ever says they are “happy” at those sizes or even bigger, they are lying or delusional, or both.
