Anyhoo! Some updates on what I've been up to since things have been quiet on this front:

Commissions

I've gotten through the overly long waitlist I had from last year! I think I didn't forget to get back to anyone but if for some reason you emailed me back then and didn't hear from me again do reach out and let me know. Some people skipped it too or couldn't afford them when I reached out again, and if that's the case you're always welcome to pop up again reclaiming your slot.

As for future commissions, I probably won't reopen anything until December or next year, and as I explained earlier I'm gonna need to come up with a scheme (probably still patreon-exclusive) to manage smaller batches and avoid building up this much of a backlog again. I still very much enjoy doing commissions here and there but it's not sustainable to just have them open indefinitely :'D I'll also probably limit them to this specific style (mostly sketchy flat colours with no background and minimal shading)

Comics

I'm currently prioritising finishing up the next ThUG chapter, got some pages left to ink but hopefully it'll be ready early November. Things have been getting in the way but I'm looking forward to putting it in the forefront more often to put out chapters faster and more consistently, now that we've worked out an estimate for how many arcs we want in this part of the story.

We've also printed a bunch of volume 1 books! Initially we were only going to aim for 150 copies but we failed to see that version had a repeated page so I bit the bullet and reprinted it so there's 300 now :'D Half are the proper version, half have a repeated page but hopefully they'll slow and steadily find a home.

Conventions 

Gonna be at London MCM Comic Con in a couple of weeks, table C-20. Unfortunately, once again, loads of things got in the way and I don't have any new prints (and... may have poorly restocked the old ones but we'll see when we get there oops) but I'll bring some shaky staeves and books to make up for it, kinda. I'll try to have a preorder form set up early next week as I did last time,

A couple of weeks later I'll be at Thought Bubble in Harrogate for the first time, no idea what to expect but hey! Got some printed comics so at least there's that.

Online Store

Aaaand in case there's no stock for MCM you will be able to order things online soon ish. I've set up an online store and finally (maybe?) worked out shipping, so now I only need to gain some courage and make sure I make it accessible in a way that doesn't immediately overwhelm me when having to actually deal with the orders, taxes, etc. I'm thinking about opening it up tier by tier for a few days and see where it goes from there, probably in one of the weeks after MCM.

I thiiink that's it for now! Once again excuse the radio silence (well, relative to the level of activity I usually have around here), it be like that sometimes. Will also hopefully resume streaming when I stop feeling like time's endlessly pouring through my fingers.
