And I think the analogy was comparing the duality between the frequency of an event happening, and your outsized fear associated with that event. He was not trying to make a 1 to 1 comparison between being black and getting shot to shark attacks.

In both cases danger is real, but the fear is a choice. And these cops and people who come into our communities and choose to be afraid of us and see us a a threat and kill us. If i heard as many cops being killed in traffic stops there would be a discussion to be had, we are always attacked and preyed on for existing. Come tf on ๐
