Ouran High School Host Club Ep. 5 & 6

All of this seems to stem from the fact that Haruhi can tell the twins apart, the first person to be able to do so.
Ritsu Kasanoda, a misunderstood delinquent with a scary reputation, seeks help from the Host Club to confess to a girl in his class who's moving away. Though blunt and awkward, Ritsu surprises everyone by quickly realizing Haruhi is actually a girl — a fact the rest of the school hasn’t caught on to. His gruff charm and chaotic presence shake things up, but the Host Club rallies to support his goal.
