A state of emergency is officially announced, along with symptoms to look out for, sending the residents of the apartment building in a panic as one person gets bitten by the hungry monster. But while those in the lobby try to stay safe, Hyunsu witnesses two children lose their father and gets helped from a fellow neighbor to try and save the little ones.
