It’s been a bit of a whirlwind lately, but I feel like I’m finally starting to settle into something resembling a routine (thank you, post-Japan recovery mode!). I’ve been doing my best to get back on track with everything—whether it’s fitness, reading, or just life in general—and I thought I’d share a little update.

Fitness Update

I’m deep into my cutting phase right now, and I’ve been training legs and glutes on separate days, which has been such a game-changer. I’m super excited to show off some of the progress in a photo set I’m shooting this weekend—I can’t wait for you to see the results of all this hard work!

Books & Balance

One thing I’ve realized is how much I’ve missed reading. I’ve been making an effort to dive back into my books, but honestly, I think I’ve been neglecting them a bit with everything else going on. Life has felt so unsettled lately, and it’s been hard to fully immerse myself. But picking up a book always feels like coming home, so I’m determined to find that balance again.

Gaming & Routine

As much as I love gaming, I haven’t been able to truly get stuck into anything lately. It’s been hard to focus on games when life has felt all over the place. But now that I’m finding my rhythm again, I’m hopeful I’ll finally get some gaming time in soon—any recommendations?

Looking Ahead to Christmas

On a lighter note, I’m so excited for Christmas. It’s always been a quiet affair for me—just my mum and I—but that’s what makes it so special. I love the calm and the chance to just enjoy each other’s company. What do you do for Christmas? Is it a big celebration with lots of family or something more low-key?
