I think it is possible to add a penis to the mouth. If you use Morph of Mouth Open well, it will be easy to do.

Is there a way to get the mouth to comply with the penis? Or do models like these don't work well with blowjobs? TL;DR Don't know how to make Blowjobs work for loona

FYI to people who want to use her look: if you try and save her look and load it in another scene the diffuse textures don't transfer over but you can load them manually and they'll work. Also the Right/Left angle target in the breast physics options is off center.
