Sordane Stories May Release - The Queen's Deceit

“The Queen’s Deceit” is designed for four characters with an average party level (APL) of 3rd-4th level.

Within the seemingly peaceful city of Tidefall, a group of pirates known as the Squallbringer’s are planning to attack the city as a distraction to raid the vault. Led by Captain Sable, a vicious leader who only cares about amassing power and wealth to achieve her goals, the distraction is planned to be a series of indiscriminate attacks throughout Tidefall. Disgusted by his captain's plan to include innocents within the distraction, Gurak has abandoned his crew, looking for help to take down Captain Sable and stop the attack from ever happening. Will the characters be able to take down not only members of the crew, but also sordalite golems that stand between Gurak and his captain, or will they fall victim to her lust for power along with Tidefall?

12 Month Loyalty Reward - Orbiphage

Deep underground in Sordane’s mines, ancient monstrosities from times long past will sometimes be unearthed, laying waste to entire settlements before it is put back in the ground where it came from. The orbiphage is one such monstrosity. Although it was long thought to be a product of the past from a primordial age of Sordane, creatures such as this are sometimes unearthed in a hibernating state. Ancient monsters will often be roused from slumber by miners digging deeper than ever before because as time progresses the need for sordalite is ever present. Sordane’s miners will continue to dig deeper and deeper to provide the supply needed to match demand no matter the risk.

Sordane Stories June Preview - Scales of Greed Part 1

“Scales of Greed 1” is designed for four characters with an average party level (APL) of 12th-13th level.

Intent on returning dragons to their former glory, as the rightful rulers over the lands and skies of Sordane, the Ashen Fang Conclave has dedicated their lives to the worship of these once feared apex predators. As they work to create an army of followers that would be overseen by dragons themselves, the Ashen Fang has created a subterranean lair, building habitats to house each of the chromatic dragons as they worship and serve these deadly beasts. Venturing into the lair of the Conclave, can the characters overcome the fanaticism of the dragon fang cultists and their leader, or will their prowess prove meaningless against the might of black and red dragons before they ever even make it to the true power within this lair?

Vampires have lurked in the shadows of Sordane for as long as necromancy has existed, giving rise to numerous myths about their strengths and weaknesses. Some myths suggest vampires have an aversion to running water or a disdain for garlic. While some vampires may indeed possess such quirks, these weaknesses are flaws in the specific vampire’s curse, passed down through generations. Because of this, the weaknesses are as varied as allergies in humanoids, and many adventurers have lost their lives by assuming these rules apply universally to all vampires.
