October Teaser - The Nightmare Express + (Voting, Aldarra, Novels)

Hey Sordanians!

Hope you have had a great September and are looking forward to October, the holidays and the end of the year! We have some really great stuff planned for the end of the year and it starts with our release for next month!

The Nightmare Express

Next month comes barelling in with the nightmares of the sky. We have a brand new airship ready for you - The Stardust Skyliner. This is our first true passenger-type airship we have made. With limited armaments and lots of space inside, it will keep you and your party safe as you travel through the skies... or will it??

Note: We will be providing a "sea" version of the Stardust Skyliner as well. It will be released partway through the month of October and give you the option of building your ships for the sea as well as the sky! (The main airship will be available at the release at the start of the month)

November's Throwback Airship Voting (Closes October 10th)

As mentioned, we have moved our release model to do a new airship every 2 months instead of every month. This will allow us to spend the appropriate amount of time on each airship in order to not only ensure the quality, but make sure they release on time! We have selected a few ships to choose from for the next release and all subscribers get a voice! The voted on ship will be provided with its high-res map (we will make one if it doesn't have one and you already own the ship). We have been very grateful for the response and understanding of changing our release schedule a bit!

12 Month Loyalty Reward Theme Vote (October 10th)

The Delver will be coming soon, but that's the 8 month loyalty reward. Sadly we have missed 2 additional loyalty rewards by the start of November. This means we have some catching up to do! To start with, however, we will be letting our subscribers choose what they want to see as the 12 month loyalty reward. We won't be doing another dreadnought as we just don't have the capacity for it, but we would love to do something fun for you all. If you have suggestions, please post them! The poll for voting will go up on October 10th (when the voting for the throwback airship closes!). Please share your suggestions in the comments or on the discord!

We have already been getting started on this project and speaking with authors (and could really use a commissioning editor here), but we would also really like to potentially bring on some members of the community for some of our positions. We are looking for people primarily with experience or a very specific educational background in the related positions (if you're young and don't have much experience to show yet). Some positions like Beta Reader, really requires very little experience and maximum passion as it's traditionally an unpaid position where you get to read the stories early and provide your own feedback and be involved in the writing process.
