Fox in the Dragon Club

He is quickly caught and given two choices; face the consequences of his actions with the police or allow the one that caught him to collar him. The fox decides to stick go with the option that would allow him into the club, unaware that the dragon sponsoring him has a rather unconventional method of sneaking him in.
