Jaguar XJS V12: A Bold Forerunner in the Grand Touring Arena.
The Jaguar XJ-S (later called XJS) is a luxury grand tourer manufactured and marketed by British car manufacturer Jaguar Cars from 1975 to 1996.
From July 1981, the XJ-S was renamed the XJ-S HE and received the new High-Efficiency V12 engine, with a power output increased to 295 hp / 299 PS.
The 1982 Jaguar XJS V12 might not have topped the charts for refinement, speed, or efficiency among its GT counterparts. Yet, it brought to the table a captivating blend of power, elegance, and undeniable British charm.

Based on Tony Cooke's very good 3D model, I adjusted many small details to recreate the 1982 XJS HE model, interior and exterior - check the credits file in the car folder.
Much more than visuals, I sought to find data on this model, to adjust the specifications to match this specific version as closely as possible. This means specs that translate into the available performance data (not much for Vintage models :(), some of which you can find in the model description.
To achieve this I tweaked most of the data file, mainly suspension, engine , tires and transmission .
I'm not finished yet, but I think it's almost there. So for those who like to try it and give some feedback, here it is!!!

now this near perfect Jag' HE to drive (..with 560sec, and 928GT, and 850i, corvette LT1..) that's really cool for 90's lovers like me, but still need porsche type 964 carrera in my heart :-) thanks you very much at all
