Character Interactions + panel WIPS of the next 2 episodes!

I just added a previous panel to the Mel and Nola nuzzle just so I could draw them being cute more LOL. I coooould say that I zoomed them out so the Nola and Cas nuzzle could have more emphasis, but I'm gonna be honest with you guys here my brain isn't THAT huge HAHA 👏🤣💖
So I'll use this as a chance to talk about understanding characters! For a long time I never fully understood the importance of knowing your characters as well as you can before telling their story.. until I started making ODIL!
Interactions like this didn't exist in the first draft/thumbnails of the story. It was very bare-bone, "This needs to happen and then this will happen to them." kind of mentality when I was drafting it back in 2019.
Now, the more I explore who they are and in what ways they would interact with things/people I've been finding it a lot easier to write really fun and sweet scenes like this. I hope you look forward to more wonderful moments in the future! 🙏💖
