Character Interactions + panel WIPS of the next 2 episodes!

I just added a previous panel to the Mel and Nola nuzzle just so I could draw them being cute more LOL. I coooould say that I zoomed them out so the Nola and Cas nuzzle could have more emphasis, but I'm gonna be honest with you guys here my brain isn't THAT huge HAHA ๐๐คฃ๐
So I'll use this as a chance to talk about understanding characters! For a long time I never fully understood the importance of knowing your characters as well as you can before telling their story.. until I started making ODIL!
Interactions like this didn't exist in the first draft/thumbnails of the story. It was very bare-bone, "This needs to happen and then this will happen to them." kind of mentality when I was drafting it back in 2019.
Now, the more I explore who they are and in what ways they would interact with things/people I've been finding it a lot easier to write really fun and sweet scenes like this. I hope you look forward to more wonderful moments in the future! ๐๐
SPEAKING OF SWEET SCENES CAS IS LOOKIN REAL SWEET FOR SOMEONE THERE IN THAT EARLY ACCESS PAGE COMING UP ๐๐๐ I'm also very excited to post 6.1 and throw some comparisons to when I first made backgrounds for this comic! Building-wise I think I've been improving my game ๐ช๐๐
