2022-04-26 21:01:51 +0000 UTCOne likely reason is that some third party package they use or want to use doesn't support whatever old version they were using. But the further ahead they jump in engine versions the higher likelihood for things to break. 2021 might have a lot more new features, but if they are features that this game doesn't need then there wouldn't be any reason for the increased risk
