Added 2020-06-08 08:35:38 +0000 UTCGot some more work in on this scene today. Recorded some mocap to use as a base for the motions, which I then tweak to match closer to the key poses I framed up earlier. And then it's a whole bunch of clean-up and fudging keyframes around until it goes from something I hate to something I'm somewhat happy with. Still a bunch of polish and little timing tweaks to make it pop better but for now I'm happy enough to move onto the other marine.

Hey man, Loving the vlogs - really nice idea! Did you ever check out Xsens? (although expensive af, the mocap data is sooooo much cleaner, and you can shoot it anywhere). Rokoko looks like so much cleanup work is needed! Maybe worth looking into if you have the money? ps. They might even sponsor you with a suit because the attention your channel has!
