FAVORITE PROGRAMS:
Added 2019-03-29 17:55:58 +0000 UTCMy main program is photoshop, but I use other software for various things like creating pose reference and lighting schemes! Some of them I just bought or rarely use, and others have become essential to my process.
Clip Studio Paint ($) I don't have much experience with this yet since I just got it during the last 50% off sale, but it has some really cool features that photoshop doesn't, like the poseable models and better animation tools! I can already tell that it's a great program, especially for the price.
Colour Constructor ($) This is really good for seeing how lighting effects a local color. You can see how grey or neutral the warm colors become when under a cool light! Very useful if you need to figure out how to light different colored objects.

Anatomy360 ($)
I love this program so much.
I have bought three of their packs, and while you can't edit any of the models, the lighting this program can create is well worth the money to me! I've been using it for a lot of my recent work, both for commissions and the story. Highly recommend trying out the free demo and skull sketcher to see if this is something that interests you, and if you want to buy one of the packs, I really suggest the neutral head pack.

A few other free programs I use once in a while:
Daz3D (free), sketchup (free), MakeHuman (free) xnalara (free)
Just like with the last post, I will keep adding to this as I find new software!

This is wonderful! Thank you for sharing these. I've been looking to find more resources to help with my lighting/color and this will be awesome. <3
