I always get ideas that never go any further than this one did. I wanted the piece to be very symbolic, and to tread that line between beautiful and morbid that I'm so fond of. You can see how I was trying to work that out in the thumbnails, at first I had Zevran (Dragon Age) looking like he was plunging the dagger into his own belly, and the rest of the daggers embedded in his body at various angles. Not only was it too cluttered visually, it took my original intention of 'what if' and made it a reality. It was supposed to be, 'what if Zevran killed the Warden', 'if the Warden killed Zevran' or 'If the Antivan Crows got to him in the end.'

I am not sure why I stopped working on this. I really like the idea, and will probably return to it one day. Sometimes there is just not enough time or motivation to finish, and I think that's perfectly normal.
