HyunnieBinnie 🩶 I love 2 Kids Room. The kids get to talk. We get to see who they are and their chemistry. It’s magical and sweet. I found it funny when Changbin switched to formal speech at the beginning Hyunjin was like “who are you talking to??” 🤣🤣 his spouse privilege 💅 that’s not how you talk to me at home wife 💅🤣🤣

There are several reasons why I **really** enjoy the 2KR episodes. 1) It's just one more good thing in their mental health arsenal. As we all know, the industry has a high number of idols, male and female, who have had a lot of mental health issues because of the intense pressure from their respective companies, the expectation of the fans, the toll all of the dancing / singing / practices / performances / traveling, etc. take on their bodies, their lack of sleep, the lack of a good diet sometimes because they're always expected to be thin and beautiful, and much, much more. Burnout and sadly, sometimes suicidal ideations are very common. So anything that helps the members get things off their chests and relieve some of that pressure helps. 2) In filming these episodes, SKZ also allows their fans to have some glimpses into the group's dynamics, their relationships, their coping / conflict resolution mechanisms when things are tough, their emotional growth over the years, etc. It humanizes the members by getting them off their pedestals and down to our level. I think that's one of the cleverest things they could have done, as far as connecting themselves to their fan base - showing that "We - meaning us SKZ members and all of YOU - are a lot more alike than you realize." 3) It shows that men CAN actually show their emotions and the world doesn't end. Choosing to share those aspects of themselves doesn't emasculate them. They're setting a great example for other guys. 4) We get behind-the-scenes stories we would have never known about, otherwise. Some of which are emotional, but more often, very funny. 5) We get to see just how strong the bond between the members is. With stories constantly floating around about other groups that are having issues of one kind or another, sometimes resulting in members leaving or groups disbanding, seeing the strong brotherhood of Stray Kids is very important and very reassuring for fans. 6) Some of you may know this already, but there are a few YouTube channels run by therapists / mental health counselors, and they sometimes post reaction videos to the 2KR episodes (as well as their reactions to some of the lyrics in SKZ songs that talk about mental health). Those channel owners often comment about how Stray Kids exemplify what it means to have healthy relationships.
