Patreon Pause
Added 2024-09-01 18:23:56 +0000 UTCJust so no one is out of the loop I'd like to let you guys know there is an other month break! I'm not feeling very confident in what I can deliver and I don't want to just push out crap to you guys who are going out of your way to support me even more. I feel I'm putting too much pressure on getting anything actually done rather than improving and that is no fair on you guys especially.
I don't think I work well with such deadlines so I'm thinking of a few different things going forward. Instead of regular monthly polls, they will be spaced out and billed per creation (per poll).
You guys would have multiple votes per poll so it's more likely more people will enjoy the characters.
More exclusive things inbetween polls like WIPs, sketches etc. These would be at my discretion.
I'll do more research into how other artist's manage their patreon too. If you guys have any suggestions I'm all for hearing about it! I can tell you, you're not overstepping by simply suggesting ideas!
If you're not part of the Discord feel free to join and verify your email with me so you can see all the rooms. Timelapses and exclusive WIPs are still posted while the Patreon is paused.
tl;dr: Making the Patreon more manageable for myself. Changes would encourage better, more consistent art for you.
