2019-03-04 04:29:06 +0000 UTCI actually got charged the difference which was 20 bucks. I pledged Tier 3 on Feb 1 and was charged 10 immediately and upgraded to Tier 6 on Feb 14th and was charged 20 which obviously was the difference. I did pay for Tier 6. I'm not even sure why it's showing the 10 dollar pledge when I've been Tier 6 for weeks
