declined payments
Added 2018-10-06 09:11:38 +0000 UTCJust now I had to permanently remove a few patrons with consistent declined payments. It's super disappointing.
I do have a rule here on my patreon and it is that if your payment is declined two months in a row, back to back, then you will be kicked off my patreon.
I just can't have people sticking around taking and viewing content without paying when there are patrons here actually giving to support my work.
If your payment is ever declined on patreon, I do give you an additional 4 days to edit your method of payment. This way it can process and you can receive your rewards. Patreon stops charging billed patrons on the 5th of every month. I do send out a message informing patrons when their payment is declined so they are aware and can fix it.
Please, if you want to stay, look at my content, and continue to receive rewards do fix your payments when it is declined. I reeaallllyy hate blocking patrons because i seriously do appreciate the desire to support my work :(
I do have a list of patrons whose payments were declined on October 1st. I've messaged this list of people already. Please be aware of all of this information.
