A majority of the emails I received yesterday and today were from new patrons. There seems to be some confusion when it comes to pledges and rewards. Here is the breakdown of how my patreon works. It is listed on the front of my patreon page in red:
HOW MY PATREON WORKS:
I post content every week
I only charge ONE post each week. I post multiple images and videos a week but only one of those posts is charged to patrons.
Weekly charges = charge 4 times a month MAX.
Final day to join and qualify for the rewards that month is the 27 th of each month.
Payment is collected on the first of every month. Rewards are sent out on the 2-4 th of every month.
ALL rewards are sent via patreon messages so that your reward is kept private
After TWO declined payments, a patron is removed and permanently blocked as a patron.
BASICALLY:
if you pledge between the 2nd of the month and the 27th you will qualify for a set. You'll just won't get the set till the 2nd of the next month because charges are made on the first of every month.
For example:
You pledge on September 4th. You'll be charged on the 1st of October and you'll get your reward on the 2nd of October :)
