Declined pledges
Added 2016-02-14 04:17:06 +0000 UTCI've deleted patrons that have had their pledges declined twice. When your payment is declined the first time I forgive it but if the second attempt fails then you're permanently removed. I will be sending out messages to those who had their payment declined.
