December payments

If your payment is declined the first time I let it slide. I know Patreon has trouble processing some payments sometimes and it isn't right to blame the patron. If your payment is declined a second time however, I do remove you as a patron. The only thing I do apply to declined payments is if your pledge was $10 or more you do not receive a set till your next payment of $10 or more is processed :c sorry.
