In celebration of the nearly 800 shorts being hosted on Tubi, Drew, Glen and returning guest Tony Rodriguez look at some of our favorites that also lend themselves to a queer reading. And no, it’s not all Bugs Bunny in Drag. In fact, we probably didn’t pick the drag moments you’re expecting. But no worries: There is zero Tweety content in this episode.

Also an interesting bit. The voice of Owl Jolson when they sing "Drink to Me Only with Thine Eyes" was voiced by Tommy Bond who played Butch in the Little Rascals

2025-11-08 20:39:08 +0000 UTCI think of the cartoons from the Bugs Bunny / Roadrunner movie as the definitive Looney Tunes shorts. I also used to love Quackbusters. There is also a joke in the Simpsons talking about the Itchy and Scratchy movie where they say something like "30 percent new footage" which I always think is mocking those Lonely Tunes theatrical releases.
