I can second Glen's anecdote about Catholics, but I know examples from evangelicals, too. So idk if it's as widespread as the rumors, but I know people who followed this rule. If you want to be horrified, check out soaking and jump humping on Mormon TikTok. And no one I know in moderate Christian circles considered oral to be sex.
