2022-01-08 08:34:55 +0000 UTCI hate to break it to you but the FOMOD is f'ed up. The rapier moveset, while the picture is noted, doesn't actually have the files for the behavior and moveset in the mod at all. I think you honestly forgot to put it in, so no worries.
