One of the things that I like about Jim is that his affection for his colleagues -- and theirs for him -- seems so completely genuine. He's just so NICE, and you can see the fun everyone's having in a way that ... forgive me ... was not quite so apparent in my research into Paul Lynde's work. She was so surprised to win it she was caught totally unprepared and came to feel she'd missed an opportunity to say something profound for such a historic groundbreaking occasion.
